Here’s what changed in the Voke beta over the past few days.
The Feed is your day
The first tab is now the Feed: your days as a timeline, newest first, with sleep, naps, workouts, heart events and the Ask Voke morning summary. Trends is now called History, on one page.
Naps show up too, under the night on Sleep and in the Feed. They never change your night’s scores. Here’s how Voke tells a nap from the night.
A day view, by the minute or the hour
Tap a heart event, workout or steps in the Feed, or a day on Heart or History, to see that whole day. Switch between minute and hour, step to the previous or next day, and drag across the chart to read any moment. A steps lane underneath shows what you were doing at the time. It works for heart rate, steps, HRV, blood oxygen and breathing rate.
Activity and workouts
- Activity entries. When your band records 10 or more minutes of moderate or vigorous movement in a row and no workout covers it, the Feed lists it as Activity, with its duration and steps. Many walks never become a recorded exercise, so they were missing.
- Google workouts. Exercise recorded in Google Health now comes into Voke as workouts.
- Heart rate on workouts. Every workout and activity row shows its average and peak heart rate, on its own line.
A more honest heart alert
The Feed once flagged “high heart rate while inactive” during exercise, because minutes with no step data counted as zero steps. Now a minute only counts as inactive when the data shows you were still: a low step count or a sedentary period. Any active minute or workout rules it out. You’ll see fewer heart events, and the ones you see should be right. What “while inactive” means has the full story.
Charts you can scrub
Most charts now show the reading under your finger: History and Heart trends, overnight heart rate and HRV, sleep stages and hourly steps. Press and hold, or drag sideways, to start. A plain vertical swipe still scrolls the screen, and the list holds still while you scrub. Days with no data now show as gaps instead of being joined over.
Small things that add up
- Shorter metric names, like Resting HR, so rows fit without cutting off.
- Ask Voke sparklines and the sleep stage legend line up properly.
- Small step counts show as dots instead of thin slivers.
More AI apps, with their real logos
The “Use your own AI” list now shows each app’s own logo. Grok, Grok Bot, Perplexity, Mistral Vibe, OpenClaw and Hermes Agent join ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude, and each has its own setup steps. Connecting your own AI walks through them.
Circles you can manage
A circle is made only when you create one or send your first invite. Each circle has one settings screen to rename it, manage members and invites, choose what you share, or leave.
It feels live
Voke now opens on the last data it had and updates behind it, so screens show something straight away instead of a spinner. Opening the app asks Google and Apple Health for fresh data, and while it’s open it keeps checking every few minutes. Steps count up as new data arrives. Most screens have pull to refresh, and changes to a circle show at once.
